Hobby Flex Distribution is a hobby distributor of an assortment of hobby products.
- Do you sell to the public? Who can register?
We only sell to hobby retailers. We do not sell to the end customer. If you are a customer, please reach out to us to find your local hobby shop.
- What is the minimum order?
The minimum order is no minimum order for dealer direct or drop ship orders at the current time.
- How do I see the prices?
To see our prices, log into the website. To request a login, please click on the register button on the Login page. We will contact you within 1 business day to verify your account details.
- What forms of payment do you accept?
Upon approval of your account, we will share a secure link to our payment provider where you can enter desired payment information. At the current time, we only accept payments via card for prepaid accounts.
Shipping
- Where do you ship?
We ship within the United States. International dealers may contact us for limited accounts.
- What are your shipping terms?
We strive to fulfill orders within 2 business days, usually sooner. If there are any issues, we will contact you.
- How much do you charge for shipping?
We offer free shipping within continental US for shippable orders over $300.
For orders below $300, shipping will be capped at 10% of the invoice total. If the order contains at least $50 in qualifying brands the order will receive free shipping.
For orders below $100, full shipping fees will charged.- I received the wrong product or something is missing.
